Defining a search

To open the Search Definitions window to define a search, right-click the resource that you want to search, highlight Search and select an option from the menu displayed to open the Search Definitions window, or click the Search Definitions icon ![Search definitions icon, a torch.](https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/CICSCM/topics/images/search_icon.gif) on the toolbar.
