Exploiting CMS Support for 256K block size
With APAR VM66724, IBM has enhanced CMS to support a larger block size (256K) for tape. IBM Backup and Restore Manager has been enhanced to exploit the 256K block size for tape I/O, for the backup and restore tasks.
