Maintaining the IBM MQ resource adapter
The IBM® MQ resource adapter is used by all applications that perform JMS messaging with the IBM MQ messaging provider. The IBM MQ resource adapter is usually updated automatically when you apply WebSphere® Application Server fix packs, but if you have previously manually updated the resource adapter you must manually update your configuration to ensure that maintenance is applied correctly.
