Managing users with APIs in Maximo Application Suite 9.1 and later

Starting in Maximo® Application Suite 9.1, suite administrators can manage users with Maximo Manage REST APIs by using MASPERUSER and MASAPIUSER object structures. These APIs replace previous user APIs that are available in Maximo Application Suite 9.0 and earlier.
