Maximo Application Suite 9.1 - Error Opening Attachments from Communication Log
In Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.1 when attempting to open attachments from the Communication Log. Attachments are successfully uploaded and stored. They can be opened without any issues when accessed through the “View Attachments” dialog. However, when attempting to open the same attachment from the Communication Log details section, the system throws an error.
