Regarding Updatedb Error and rerun

Working on Maximo MAS Upgrade from version 8.11( Manage 8.7) to 9.0 followed by 9.1\.

Working on Maximo MAS Upgrade from version 8.11( Manage 8.7) to 9.0 followed by 9.1\. It all went fine till 9.0\. but while upgrading to 9.1 manage update db completed with error still maxinst started the app. Also MANAGEUPG mxvar still showing 9.0.0 and MAXUPG to 9.1.x. There are some inconsistencies in db though app is up and running. We are not having intermediate db backup of 9.0\. Can we rest
