Validation Workflow
1. A client application transfers a file to HSTS. 2. When the transfer completes, the HSTS puts transferred files into a validation state. 3. When Validator next polls the HSTS, it retrieves the list of files for validation through the Node API (asperanoded) on the HSTS. 4.
