The Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) is a new EU regulation which came into force in Jan 2016 but must be implemented by 2018. With the objective of providing support to an API developer creating a RESTful API for PSD2 support, the content of the RADM has been expanded beyond the content of the previous BPSversion, to provide cover for the areas of banking that relates to PSD2.
