Founder story

Aniruddh started on a factory floor in Bharuch, Gujarat, manufacturing taper roller bearings. When the training institute he enrolled in collapsed halfway through, he taught himself from the technical books he salvaged, with help from tutors who kept showing up after the contract ended. That led to his first IT job, and eventually to enterprise software delivery in Australia.

Across years of Maximo delivery and roughly 7,700 hours on Upwork, the work stayed the same: solve real problems, learn new domains, and stay honest about what is known versus assumed.
