Assetize

Evidence & Method

How Assetize verifies and publishes Maximo knowledge.

Assetize is designed to make Maximo history easier to find and use without turning inference, similarity, or unreviewed candidates into facts.

Source, review, usefulness

Published factual claims are source-backed, version-scoped and reviewed before publication. Internal collection, processing and ranking methods are proprietary.

Facts, observations, and suggestions do not look the same here

  • Source-backed record — a published factual record linked to its supporting source, date and version scope.
  • What changed — a factual synthesis of a reviewed record sequence, with its sources visible in the reading flow.
  • Assetize observation — a clearly labelled interpretation connecting verified records. It is not presented as a vendor statement.
  • Related by topic — a semantic discovery cue. It suggests material to inspect; it is not evidence of a direct relationship.

Absence from Assetize is not proof of absence from Maximo

The historical archive grows over time. When coverage is incomplete, Assetize says so rather than filling the gap with unsupported content or synthetic certainty. A source suggestion or correction is welcome, and material revisions stay visible through the public record rather than silently rewriting the trail.
