Here's what assetize.com.au collects, where it goes and how long it stays. Every line matches how the site is built today.

Analytics

Our own counter records page views and the clicks we've named, in our database on Cloudflare: the event, the page path without its query string, the referring site's domain, a coarse device type (mobile, desktop, bot or other) and the country Cloudflare reports. No IP address is stored with it.

Google Analytics 4 receives page views and the same named events, with the page path only.

PostHog (US Cloud) receives page views, the same named events, clicks and session recordings. Recordings mask all text and every input, so they show a page's layout, not its words or what you typed. Every URL is cut to its path, a clicked element's text and attributes aren't sent, and nothing is sent at all from the admin, account, sign-in or code-editor pages.

What you type into Ask

Your question goes to our server and to Cloudflare Workers AI to find and write the answer. We don't store its text. We keep a one-way hash of it, the Maximo terms and versions it recognised, and, when the answer is fully supported by published records, the answer itself, so the next person asking gets it faster.

Forms

The contact form and the MXH assessment request store your name, email, message and which form you used in our database, and email them to us through Resend. We use them to reply.

There's no automatic deletion period set for them today. To have yours deleted, email [email protected].

Rate limits

When you use Ask, sign in or send a form, a counter keyed by your IP address stops the same address flooding it. Those counters are deleted after about a day.

Your Maximo export

An MXH assessment runs on the export you send. The export is deleted once your report is written, and it isn't kept for future runs. Don't send an export through the contact or assessment forms.

Customisations you add in the Relationship Explorer stay in your browser.

What the export contains, and what leaves your network

Cookies and browser storage

PostHog keeps an anonymous visitor ID in a cookie and local storage. Google Analytics sets its own cookies.

Voting on a record sets an anonymous voter ID cookie, kept for about 13 months, so one browser counts once. Signing in and the access-gated pages set a session cookie. The side panel remembers whether it was open. Our own counter sets none.
