Start an MXH assessment. Your graded list in 5 business days.

Tell us where you are and where you're going. We confirm the scope and tell you how to send your export. Nothing is installed on your Maximo, and the 5 business days run from the day your export is received and accepted.

What it costs

Standard A$9,900 ex GST · Founding Partner Pilot A$4,950 ex GST. Additional environment from A$3,500 ex GST, scope agreed in the engagement.

What you send

One folder: your data dictionary export (objects, attributes, relationships and domains, as CSV or JSON), your customisation source (Java, automation scripts or both), your Application Designer screen exports, and a manifest that says which release you run, which industry solutions are installed and anything you're holding back. A REST fetcher ships with the product if a database export is hard to get.

What comes back

Seven files: assessment.md, assessment.json, brief.html, report.html, evidence.html, findings.xlsx, mxh.lock.json. Every finding is graded, carries its evidence class, names an owner, states the action and states the test that closes it. The report also says what it didn't assess.

How to ask

The form on this page asks for:

• Your name, work email and company.
• Whether you're a Business Partner or an End client.
• The release you run today: 7.5.0, 7.6.0.10, 7.6.1.1, 7.6.1.2, 7.6.1.3, 9.0, or other / unsure.
• The release you're moving to: 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, or other / unsure.
• The industry solutions you run, from the 18 MXH knows.
• How many environments, from 1 to 20, and your preferred start week.

Don't send an export, credentials or a system URL with the request. Once it's stored you'll see: "Assessment request received. We'll confirm the scope, export requirements and handover date." The form needs JavaScript. Without it, email [email protected] with the same details.
