Playground · Presentation XML · runs in your browser
Edit the XML. Watch the screen.
Pick a stock Maximo application — Work Order Tracking, Assets, Service Requests, Preventive Maintenance — or drop your own Application Designer export, edit the presentation XML and watch a schematic of the screen redraw as you type. Nothing leaves your browser.
Checked against the real data dictionary
Every dataattribute is resolved against the MAS 9.2 version-specific MAS 9.2 data dictionary (9.1 is there too): 2,326 objects and 43,000 attributes for 9.2. A control without a label shows the attribute's real title, the attribute type decides the widget, the length decides the width, and a misspelt attribute is flagged with the nearest real name.
Three skins, one XML
Switch between the pre-Carbon layout (labels left, checkboxes, table buttons below), MAS 9.0 (labels above, toggles, buttons above) and MAS 9.1 and later (checkboxes again, underlined tabs, row details inline) to see how the same presentation lays out on each release. Each skin rule carries its source and confidence.
Design review and reference cards
Unknown tags and properties, missing or duplicate ids, containment mistakes, undocumented enum values, unknown lookup ids and unbound signature options are flagged in the editor's gutter and listed with a link to the controls reference. Click any control to read its reference card and the lab facts for its attribute.
Share and export
The whole state — app, dictionary, skin and your edited XML — lives compressed in the link, so a screen idea is one URL. Download or copy the XML to import it with Application Designer.
