  • End of support — Maximo Asset Management (EAM) 7.6.1.x: 2025-09-30 (passed). Effective 30 September 2025, regular base support is no longer provided for Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.x. Customers may purchase Extended and Sustained Support. The path forward is to trade-up to IBM Maximo Application Suite and migrate to Maximo Manage. End of Support Announcement (EOS) for Maximo 7.6.1
  • Extended Support begins — Maximo Application Suite 8.10 / 8.11: 2026-04-30 (passed). Effective 30 April 2026, IBM transitions MAS releases 8.10 and 8.11 to IBM Extended Support (a paid add-on). Standard support has ended; clients are encouraged to move to a current release or acquire Extended Support. Support Transition for MAS Releases 8.7 to 8.11
  • End of support — Maximo Application Suite 8.7 / 8.8 / 8.9: 2026-04-30 (passed). On 30 April 2026 the support lifecycle reaches completion for MAS 8.7, 8.8 and 8.9, with no Extended Support offered for these releases. Support Transition for MAS Releases 8.7 to 8.11
  • Dual Support ends — Maximo Asset Management (EAM) 7.6.1.x: 2027-04-30 (216 days remaining). Dual Support for MAS with Maximo Asset Management ends 30 April 2027. EAM 7.6.1.x is no longer supported after that date for Subscription Upgrade customers; for Perpetual Trade-Up customers EAM usage rights expire and continued use would be out of compliance.   • Extended Support begins — Maximo Application Suite 9.0.x: 2027-07-01 (278 days remaining). On 23 June 2026 IBM announced that MAS 9.0.x transitions to IBM Extended Support starting 1 July 2027.
