Common questions
Can it connect to a real Maximo tenant today?
The free web pilot is simulator-first and live customer requests are disabled by default. Live connectivity is not presented as production-ready until it is explicitly enabled, tested and agreed.
Do I need approval or a licence to use the Web Workbench?
No. During the free web pilot, sign in with your email and use it immediately. Explicitly suspended accounts remain blocked.
Do I need to replace MxLoader?
No. Workbench can export an MxLoader-style workbook without macros, so teams can use it as preparation and evidence tooling while keeping an established loading process where appropriate.
