02 · Configuration — Work through the setup
Use a training environment and match the actions to the IBM guide for your installed build.
- Open a training work context and identify the assistance question.
- Start a collaboration session through the supported client flow and involve the test expert.
- Share only the views needed to diagnose the fictional issue and record the agreed action.
- End the session and inspect the summary and work-order association.
- Check whether another authorized technician can find the retained information.
03 · Practical example
Fictional teaching example
A fictional technician cannot identify a valve position from the written instruction. The expert helps identify the component; the retained note names the exact asset and corrected instruction.
04 · Practice and verify
Complete one training session and review the resulting summary as both technician and supervisor.
Expected result
The summary belongs to the correct work order and accurately describes the outcome; authorized users can retrieve it.
