Assetize

Field Guide · Dashboard creator

Build an Operational dashboard from what it has to answer.

Pick who it's for and what it answers. You get a live preview, every column checked against the MAS 9.2 data dictionary, and a runbook to build it in Manage.

Start from an Assetize dashboard

Every industry has starter dashboards with every column checked. Open one and change what you need.

  • Any asset-intensive site: Maintenance supervisor — the morning board, Planner — backlog and readiness, Storeroom controller — the day.
  • Utilities, power and grid: Outage and switching readiness, Asset health and condition watch, Regulatory inspection compliance.
  • Oil, gas and chemicals: Rotating equipment watch, Safety-critical element backlog, Turnaround and shutdown readiness.
  • Manufacturing and plant: Line downtime and breakdown board, Critical spares availability.
  • Transport and fleet: Fleet availability and defects, Meter-based servicing due.
  • Facilities, property and campus: Service desk and SLA board, Planned versus reactive balance, Contractor and contract expiry.
  • Water and wastewater: Pump station watch, Network compliance and sampling.
  • Mining and heavy resources: Fixed plant availability, Mobile fleet servicing.
  • Healthcare and medical equipment: Medical equipment compliance, Clinical response and repair turnaround.

How it works

  1. Pick the release it runs on: Manage 9.0, 9.1 or 9.2.
  2. Add cards from a library of 70 checked list cards, KPI cards and the Work queues card, or build your own.
  3. Every column is checked against the data dictionary for your release, every stock KPI against the 47 KPIs MAS 9.2 ships, and every card against what the release supports. A standard card on your own data needs Manage 9.1; comparing a KPI with others needs 9.2.
  4. Download the runbook: the saved queries, columns, KPIs, the order to build them in, and the security groups to grant it to.

The board lives in the link, so you can share it. Nothing is uploaded.
